Well, I’m home. Have been for hours now. We left for home at about 1… got to see a Fire along the way back, around the Black Butte Ranch, Suttle Lake area. pretty decent one… traffic rubbernecked a bit there, but after that it was smooth sailin. Was a good trip, all and all. Got a chance to relax and do something that was physical and not computer based at all. Infact, I think I touched a computer all of 5 minutes over the last 3 days. I’m quite happy about that. My mood has improved a lot… that being said, I didn’t write any kind of posts that I was going to back post… but that’s okay, gotta have weekends.
Over the weekend a lot of things happened. There was a huge LAN party up in the Portland area (TPL style… not going to get into that). Also there was appearently a rather large BBQ over at LIX. Wish in some ways I could have made it, but as I said to Sara, it’s probably good I didn’t. I don’t get to relax at parties (I’m often called upon to tend bar, and otherwise I feel some desire to entertain a certain amount… and then the noise gets to me, so I go off to some pseudo-secluded area and sit and stare at the wall). In central oregon I got to relax… so I think that is really what helped my mood out a lot. Plus, as I said but wasn’t understood, if I am at every party, I am expected by people to be there. I like an element of suprise… plus, the last few parties just haven’t been that fun (party wise). The measuring of breasts was fun… I don’t know, I think parties loose their place if you are just drinking and chatting. I was something new, something fun and different… Kat usually excels at that with her parties… maybe I’ll just have to start thinking of shit to do… but then it’s not as fun, part of it is spur of the moment type stuff. Eh, perhaps I’m just a whiney bitch.
Got everything done in Central Oregon we were supposed to, and got to travel a bit, but mostly got to have some of the best Pizza in Oregon while there. Place called Sully’s. It’s an Italian joint in downtown Redmond that has excellent pizza. Not sure if I’d put it above or below Nonna Emilia’s or not… though Sara must have gotten a bad pizza, or just has strange taste in Pizza (then again, I think that’s the case: mostly since she likes some Greasy shit).
My hunger for good Chinese continues… if anyone can suggest a good place to get General Tso’s chicken, please please please, tell me!
Well, I better wrap this up, I can tell some of you are getting bored. You know, since there are comments on this site–and THANK YOU for using them, all of you–feel free to ask me questions or pick my brain. I’m starting to be at a loss of things to say that are more than just what happened during my day. While that may be interesting for a brief moment, I can’t imagine it is as intellectually stimulating as I hope my other topics are. So please, ask away. If it’s not something I feel comfortable answering or talking about completely in my blog, I’ll atleast say something about it and talk to you about the rest in person or via aim/icq/yim.
Thanks to all of you who use my comments… I was told by someone the other day that my blog is the only one she visits that people comment on. That makes me happy.
See you, Space Samurai

It wasn’t that I didn’t understand you, Ryan, it was that I wanted to know more about why you felt that way. But lots of time passed between question and answer, so I’m sure that didn’t help.
And that pizza was just awful. Mostly it was the yellow cheese. I don’t mind a little, but an excess is simply unacceptable. And it wasn’t very hot. The cheese was kind of hardened and rubbery. Add to that the fact that I was getting scared abotu my flight, and I just couldn’t eat it. Good carlic bread, though.
